Installing the Squeak-Relief brace is a simple 60 second process. For ease of installation all braces now come with the Quick-tack holding pin for simplifying positioning. This truly is a DIY ( do-it-yourself) permanent fix. Click to enlarge photo.

To make installation virtually foolproof, each brace is precision machined to guarantee the exact depth and position of the screws. And with each of the screws (1 1/4" and 3") having a different diameter (thickness), you can only insert the correct screw into the correct hole, making it virtually impossible to screw it up (pun intended!).

With Squeak-Relief, pre-drilling is never required and under normal circumstances, it should only take one brace to make a repair. The SR-100 kit contains 6 braces and special length screws for six seperate repairs.
