Canadian orders:

All Canadian orders are shipped via either USPS Air Mail or USPS Priority Air depending on the weight and physical size of the package. As our on-line system is not able to calculate the cost of shipping during the check out process, simply complete the order and we will contact you via e-mail regarding your shipping options and costs. If you elect not to continue with the order at that time, your order will be canceled and nothing will be charged to your credit card.

Refunds:

Our Guarantee is simple...if you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return your order and we’ll refund your purchase price (excludes s&h).
