Shipping and Returns

Ordering:

The simplest way to order any of our products is to use our e-catalog which, is on-line 24/7. For your protection, we have a secure Trustwave Premium SSL certificate with an encrypted payment gateway to protect your sensitive credit card information.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover cards for payment. On your credit card statement the purchase description will appear as “Accuset Tool Co.”.

Immediately following order placement, you will receive a Email confirmation. As it is our goal to ship all orders within 24 hours, if you find any data incorrect or missing, email us immediately at support@squeakyfloor.com.

Shipping U.S. Orders:

No matter how much you purchase, all U.S. bound orders are shipped USPS Priority Air (2/3* day delivery) for a flat fee of $6.50 and we ship all domestic orders over $75 "Free of Charge".  UPS shipping is also available, with cost based on package weight and distance traveled.

*Please note: In some areas of the country USPS 2 day air may not be available which, may result in a 3 day transit time.   

Shipping Canadian Orders:

All Canadian orders are shipped via either USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority mail depending on the weight and physical size of the package. As our on-line system is not programmed to calculate shipping costs for Canadian destinations during the check out process, please click the link below for detailed information regarding delivery options and costs.


Shipping Other International Orders:

International shipping and handling charges to be determined offline and added to your order before final processing. For Canadian orders, please use the comment section prior to completing your order to indicate your shipping preference with cost. If blank, we will contact you via email.

*Please Note: All international shipping charges (including Canadian orders), will appear as a separate transaction on your credit card statement.

Refunds:

Our Guarantee is simple...if you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return your order and we’ll refund your purchase price (excludes s&h). However, before you return your order, we ask that you email our squeaky floor experts at call at support@squeakyfloor.com.
