Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping U.S. Orders:

No matter how much you purchase, we now offer both Flat Rate UPS Ground and USPS Priority mail shipping. And all domestic orders over $85 ship "Free of Charge".   Flat rate UPS shipping, does not apply to orders destined for Hawaii and Alaska.

We elected to offer our valued customers UPS flat rate shipping, as USPS service has severally deteriorated due to the Covid-19 outbreak and the reduction of overtime to cover those postal workers out sick.  With the reduction in service, it's not unusual for packages to take a week, or even more to get delivered. 

While UPS Ground is only two bucks more expensive, UPS is extremely consistent with their scheduled delivery dates and in most cases one, or two day delivery, is not uncommon. That is the reason we suggest upgrading to UPS!  In addition, using UPS, allows us to get your order out the door a few hours later in the day, saving even more time.     

One and two day UPS delivery quotes are based on weight and distance.

Please be aware that some Internet sellers may offer Ground shipping for as little as $2.95, but please keep in mind that it's not via UPS or USPS ground services.  The only way to ship this cheaply is to increase the cost of the product to offset the postage, or by using Media mail, which can take a week or two for delivery.     

Shipping Canadian Orders:

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, International shipments are being given a lower priority and our shipments to Canada are being delayed.

All Canadian orders are shipped via either USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority mail depending on the weight and physical size of the package. Please click the link below for additional shipping information.

Shipping Other International Orders:

As with Canadian orders, we are no longer offering International shipping.

But when we do, refer to the following:

When shipping to Countries other than Canada, all International shipping charges need to be processed off line.  Soon after order placement, you be contacted via email as to your shipping options and cost.  If you feel that the cost of shipping is too expensive, you always have the option to cancel the order and nothing will be charged to your credit card.   

Once we receive your shipping authorization, we will ship the order and add the cost of shipping to your order total.  The additional charge will appear as a separate item on your credit card statement.

Refunds:

Our Guarantee is simple...if you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return your order and we’ll refund your purchase price (excludes s&h). However, before you return your order, we ask that you email our squeaky floor experts at call at support@squeakyfloor.com.  You can also call us at 800-343-6129 to initiate the refund process.

Please do not initiate a chargeback with your local bank or thru PayPal.  Doing so, will only delay reimbursement several weeks.
