Shipping and Returns
The simplest way to order any of our products is to use our e-catalog which, is on-line 24/7. For your protection, we have a secure Trustwave Premium SSL certificate with an encrypted payment gateway to protect your sensitive credit card information.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover cards for payment. On your credit card statement the purchase description will appear as “Squeaky Floor"
Immediately following order placement, you will receive a Email confirmation. As it is our goal to ship all orders within 24 hours, if you find any data incorrect or missing, email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping U.S. Orders:
No matter how much you purchase, all U.S. bound orders are shipped USPS Priority Air (2/3* day delivery) for a flat fee of $6.95 and we ship all domestic orders over $85 "Free of Charge". UPS shipping is also available, with cost based on package weight and distance traveled.
*Please note: In some areas of the country USPS 2 day air may not be available which, may result in a 3 day transit time.
Shipping Canadian Orders:
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, international shipments are being given a lower priority and our shipments to Canada are being delayed.

All Canadian orders are shipped via either USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority mail depending on the weight and physical size of the package. Please click the link below for additional shipping information.
Shipping Other International Orders:
When shipping to Countries other than Canada, all International shipping charges need to be processed off line. Soon after order placement, you be contacted via email as to your shipping options and cost. If you feel that the cost of shipping is too expensive, you always have the option to cancel the order and nothing will be charged to your credit card.
Once we receive your shipping authorization, we will ship the order and add the cost of shipping to your order total. The additional charge will appear as a separate item on your credit card statement.
Our Guarantee is simple...if you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return your order and we’ll refund your purchase price (excludes s&h). However, before you return your order, we ask that you email our squeaky floor experts at call at email@example.com. You can also call us at 800-343-6129 to initiate the refund process.
Please do not initiate a chargeback with your local bank or thru PayPal. Doing so, will only delay reimbursement several weeks.
